Terms of Sale

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms apply when you buy from LuxScout. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which nothing on this page can reduce.

1. Who you are buying from

LuxScout is a retailer. We buy the products we list and we sell them to you directly. You are contracting with us, not with a marketplace seller and not with a third party — so if something goes wrong with your order, we are the party responsible for putting it right.

2. Our relationship with the brands we sell

We sell genuine branded goods sourced through wholesale and distribution channels. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe what a product is.

We are an independent retailer. Unless a specific listing says otherwise, LuxScout is not an authorised dealer, official partner or boutique for any brand, and is not affiliated with any brand it sells. Selling a genuine product does not make us anyone's authorised retailer, and we do not claim to be one.

3. How a contract is formed

  1. Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not create a contract on its own.
  2. We send an acknowledgement confirming we have received it.
  3. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted for dispatch. Until then we may decline it — for example if the item is no longer available, if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
  4. If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.

4. Prices, tax and currency

5. Availability

We only list what we can actually deliver to you. Stock is confirmed with our supplier before payment is taken, and an item whose availability we cannot currently confirm is not offered for sale. If an item nevertheless becomes unavailable after your order — it does happen — we will tell you, and you may either wait or take a full refund. We will not substitute a different product.

6. Delivery

7. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Limited statutory exceptions apply — most relevantly, sealed cosmetics including fragrance and body care cannot be returned once unsealed, for hygiene reasons. How to exercise the right, what it costs and how refunds are calculated is set out on the Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected by anything on this page, and apply in addition to the right to cancel above. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including the cost of returning the item.

9. Payment

10. Buying without an account

You do not need an account to buy from us. If you order as a guest, you can track your order and request a return using your order number and the email address you ordered with. Creating an account is optional and is never required to complete a purchase or to exercise your rights.

11. Using the website

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please write to support@nodustechltd.com — we would rather fix it than argue about it. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence is unaffected.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it; changes never apply retrospectively to a contract already formed.

15. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your information, and the cookies this site uses, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
