Shipping & delivery
Where we deliver
LuxScout delivers to the European Union and the United States. The Ship to control at the top of every page sets your delivery country, and it decides three things: which products are available to you, the currency you are charged in, and the delivery estimate you are shown.
We use your browser's region only to pre-select that control. It is a suggestion, never a decision — you can change it at any time, and the country you enter at checkout is the one that governs your order.
What it costs
Delivery is priced per order and shown in your bag before you enter any payment details. The cost depends on where the goods ship from and where they are going, so it is calculated for your specific order rather than set by a single site-wide rate.
If an order is fulfilled from more than one location, it will arrive as more than one parcel. We tell you this at checkout rather than after.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Every product page and every order shows an estimate in business days, combining the time to dispatch with the carrier's transit time — for example, 3–5 business days. The range comes from the supplier who will actually fulfil your order, not from an average.
Business days exclude weekends. Public holidays vary by country and are not modelled, which is one reason the estimate is a range rather than a guaranteed date. We do not promise a delivery date we have no basis to commit to.
Availability
Stock is confirmed with the supplier before your payment is taken. If an item becomes unavailable between adding it to your bag and checking out, we tell you at that point and take no payment. We would rather lose the sale than take money for something we cannot send.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email, and it will appear on your order page alongside a link to the carrier. If your order arrives in several parcels, each one is tracked separately.
Customs and duties
Orders are fulfilled from within your delivery market wherever possible, so most orders do not cross a customs border. Where an order does, any duties or import charges are shown at checkout if they are known to us; if they are not, we say so rather than estimating them.
Something wrong?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or has arrived damaged, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier. See also returns and refunds.
